Cargo from China consolidates at the nearest transit warehouse, clears customs at the control point, and delivers door-to-door — exhibition goods with ATA carnet included.

Shipping from China to Hong Kong / Macau — two recommended ways
- Plan A (hands-off): Yufeng picks up + handles customs
One booking covers everything from your China factory gate to the HK/Macau delivery address — pickup, loading, export customs, crossing and final delivery — routed for the best total cost. For shippers who do not want to coordinate legs.
- Plan B (lowest cost): you deliver to our Zhuhai / Shenzhen / Nansha warehouse
Your factory truck delivers to our transit warehouse; Yufeng takes over the cross-border leg, export and import customs. You control the inland leg cost — cheapest overall for factories with their own trucks.
Both plans support temporary export & re-import, ATA exhibitions, show equipment and rental machinery. Not sure which fits? Call with your cargo details and we do the math.
In-house customs team: event materials, show equipment, rental machinery
Our own customs team works the control points daily: general trade declarations, Macau event materials in/out, audio-lighting and stage equipment crossings, and temporary export with re-import for rented engineering machinery — deposit, approval and write-off handled end to end. Your cargo goes to Macau for the show or the project, and comes back the same way.

How fast is the China → Hong Kong / Macau line?
Same day for Shenzhen / Dongguan / Huizhou pickups; next day for most PRD cities; 2–4 extra days if cargo first moves to our PRD warehouse from farther provinces. Barge adds 1–2 days but costs less for heavy cargo.
Which plan is cheapest for shipping from China to Hong Kong / Macau?
For upcountry origins Plan B usually wins on cost: you deliver to our Zhuhai / Shenzhen warehouse and we handle the cross-border leg and customs at a flat rate. If you prefer hands-off, Plan A quotes pickup-to-door at the best total cost. Send cargo details first for an exact figure.
Can you handle exhibition goods and equipment rentals for shows in Hong Kong / Macau?
Yes — ATA carnet import/export, exhibit return, temporary export & re-import and rental paperwork are all done in-house. Tell us the show dates and venue; we plan the crossing around them.
Can you deliver to a Macau casino/hotel or exhibition venue?
Yes, downtown Macau and Hong Kong island/Kowloon deliveries are routine, including venue loading-dock bookings.
